Tim Pence
Dr. Pence was born and raised in rural Monroe County, West Virginia in the small town of Union
His interest in natural health care developed at an early age after being treated for a football injury by Robert Sandell, Dr. of Chiropractic. Dr. Sandell became a mentor and his devotion to the research and practice of natural healing inspired Dr. Pence to pursue a career in Chiropractic care and nutrition.
Dr. Pence began his studies in a premedical and pre-chiropractic at Marshall University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He moved to Atlanta for his doctorate in Chiropractic at the renowned Life College and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1990 with an additional bachelor’s degree in nutrition.

Rachel will probably be the first person to greet you when you come in or call. She’s there to help make your appointments, get your questions answered and whatever else she can do to make your visits go smoothly.
Rachel joined the Greenbrier Chiropractic team in November 2019 because she loves helping others.
Rachel has worked as a caregiver, business owner and mom.
Originally from Maryland, Rachel has lived in West Virginia for over a decade
She enjoys working on her hobby farm as well as spending time with her husband and their children.
