SAT. MAY 24: WIN A FITNESS BALL AT DANDELION FESTIVAL!
We invite you to join us on Saturday, May 24th during Dandelion Festival in beautiful downtown White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
During Memorial Day weekend, White Sulphur Springs will be celebrating the mighty dandelion with its annual Dandelion Festival, slated May 22-26th on the main street, downtown. There will be art shows, live performances by Chase Likens from American Idol and Richard Hefner’s Black Mountain Bluegrass Boys. From magic shows to pet contests to kids activities to dunking booths and of course, the male dandy legs contest, everyone will be entertained at this fun yearly event.
We are giving away a FITNESS BALL on Saturday! Stop in at our booth anytime from 9am-12pm and enter for your chance to win! We will draw the winner at 12pm.
The fitness ball (pictured above in our office) is an excellent way to develop overall muscle tone for your entire body. You can benefit from a powerful workout while at the desk and improve your posture at the same time!
If you are rehabilitating from a recent or past injury, the ball can help bring you back to optimal health, including, but not limited to, areas in your back, hip, and knees.
Bring relief to your back and spine, deliver stability in your core, straighten your posture, and strengthen your muscles for better balance for FREE!!!! We will also be serving tastings of Dandelion Tea and offering FREE Stress Evaluations. See you at Dandelion Festival!
