My Neck Hurts… I Think I Slept Wrong
You woke up with a bad headache and sore neck this morning. You can barely turn your head without wincing in pain. Funny thing is, you have no clue how it happened. Well, maybe this will shed some light on what you did.
Your atlas is a small 2 oz bone that holds up the entire weight of your head, about 10-12 pounds or the size of a bowling ball. It’s the most movable bone in your spine AND the most vulnerable to misalignment. When it’s wrenched out of position from laying in an unnatural crimped posture too long, it can create sustained pressure on your Nerve System and wreak havoc in your health if not corrected.
So why are you hurting now? You fell asleep on the couch watching Sports Center and SUBLUXATED yourself. You’re human, it happens. We just hope you don’t make another mistake waiting for it to go away on its own.
Come see us and have your atlas checked and realigned right away if you think you ‘slept wrong.’
